An AI assistant for the moments
you can’t tab away.
InvisiQ is an invisible AI chatbot and note taker for your Windows desktop. Here are the real ways people keep it open — in meetings, in presentations, on calls, while they study, and while they work — without anyone on the screen share ever seeing it.
Five ways to use an invisible AI assistant.
AI in live video meetings
Sitting in a Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet call and sharing your screen? Ask InvisiQ to draft a reply, summarise a thread, or check a fact in the moment. The deck stays on the share; your question stays with you. No second laptop, no phone under the desk.
Presentations & demos
Keep your talking points, the next slide’s cue, and answers to likely questions in an overlay only you can see. Present with the calm of someone who has notes, and the polish of someone who doesn’t need them.
AI note taking & recall
Capture decisions and action items as the meeting happens, then ask InvisiQ to pull them back later from local memory. A private AI note taker that never joins your call as a bot and never uploads a transcript.
Sales, support & success calls
On a screen-shared call with a prospect or customer, surface the right number, the correct spelling, or the policy line without breaking eye contact or alt-tabbing to a wiki. The conversation keeps its flow.
Solo deep work & studying
No call required. Use InvisiQ as a fast desktop copilot while you code, write, or study — screenshot vision to ask about whatever is on screen, global shortcuts to summon it, and local memory so it remembers your project between sessions.
Focus & accessibility support
For anyone who works better with a prompt on hand — a memory aid, a phrasing helper, a quiet way to stay on track — an always-available assistant that doesn’t clutter the shared screen or announce itself to the room.
The assistant disappears so the work doesn’t.
Nobody on the share sees it
InvisiQ uses Windows’ native capture-exclusion so the overlay is dropped from Zoom, Teams, Meet, OBS, the Snipping Tool, and Print Screen. You read it; the room doesn’t. Read exactly how on the security page.
Your notes stay on your machine
Conversations, screenshots, and memory live locally and are never uploaded to an InvisiQ server — there isn’t one. Requests go straight to the AI provider on your own key.
Any model you like
Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google key, or run a local Ollama model for zero cost. Switch per task: a fast model for quick lookups, a strong one for hard questions.
One honest limit: InvisiQ is for legitimate, allowed use. It is not for proctored exams, supervised assessments, or any setting where unaided performance is contractually required — that’s spelled out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
See it work in your next call.
Download InvisiQ, open the meeting you were dreading, and keep your assistant one glance away.
